This ensures the highest level of integrity and material traceability. Hygienic Unions RJT fittings are widely used in the hygienic stainless steel Processing Industry.

Hygienic RJT fittings are a hygienic pipe line fitting for manual cleaning prominently used where the pipe lines are frequently dismantled for washing and sterilising. 4”, 5” and 6” SRJT is available.

An ILC CIP RJT union is also available. (ILC CIP Fittings In-line cleaning). This is a variation of the RJT standard and designed for CIP pipe work. Suitable for high pressure applications. These fittings consist of a male, female, gasket and clamp.

RJT BSM fittings are also available including flat face weld males and liners.

• Size Range: 1″ OD to 4″ OD available.
• Specification: Manufactured to BS4825 PT5. (Formally BS1864)
• Gasket Material: Nitrile, Viton, EPDM and PTFE..
• Liners are supplied pressed, machined, reducing.
• RJT Spanners available to suit
