Zenith offers an extensive range of hygienic tri clamps including single hinge, double hinge, three piece and High pressure clamps in 304 and 316 Stainless Steel in sizes 1⁄2” to 12”.

Tri Clamp Fittings consist of two tri clamp ferrules complete with a tri clamp gasket between the two ferrules and are held together using a clamp.

Tri Clamp Fittings, also known as tri clover fittings, are one of the easiest unions to dismantle, expediting the cleaning of pipework systems.

They conform to US 3A, BS4825 PT3, DIN Standard, DIN 32676 Series 1, 2 and 3, ISO 2852, ISO 1127, SMS, ASME BPE, SCH and are suitable for tube and Nominal Bore pipe.

A Tri Clamp union consists of a clamp, 2 ferrules and a gasket.

Tri Clamps Specifications:

  • Size Range: 1/2″ OD – 12″ OD
  • Ferrule Lengths: Ferrules available in 12.7mm, 21.5mm, 28.6m, 38.1mm and 50.8mm lengths.
  • Material: Available in AISI 304 (1.4301) and 316L (1.4404) stainless steel.
  • Specification: Ferrules manufactured to BS4825 PT3, 3A, ASME BPE, ISO, DIN, SMS, SCHEDULE PIPE and Tank Ferrules.
  • Internal Finish: OD/ID finish is <0.8Ra
  • Gasket Material: EPDM, PTFE, Viton and Silicone.
