Zenith offers an extensive range of hygienic BS Schedule tank tri clamp ferrules.

Tri Clamp Sanitary (Hygienic) Fittings, also known as tri clover fittings, are one of the easiest unions to dismantle, expediting the cleaning of pipework systems. A Tri-Clamp union consists of a tri clamp, 2 ferrules and a gasket.

All tri clamp ferrules are produced from forgings. Forgings provide greater strength, improved weldability and better surface finish.

Ferrules are available with lengths of 30mm, 100mm to suit OD Tube, Sch 5, Sch 10, Sch 40 pipe. All our tri clamp ferrules are produced from forgings and our standard OD/ID finish is <0.8Ra.

• Size Range: 1/2″ OD – 8″ OD
• Ferrule Lengths: Ferrules manufactured in 30mm, 100mm. Other lengths available.
• Specification: Ferrules manufactured to BS SCH.
• Internal Finish: OD/ID finish is <0.8Ra
• Gasket Material: EPDM, PTFE, Viton and Silicone.
• Clamp Range: includes 13MHH, 13MHP, 13MHHM, 3 PIECE, 13SF, 13IU, 13IS, 13MHHA37.
