Zenith Stainless Solutions offers an extensive range of sanitary triclamps fitting and gaskets also know as hygienic triclamp ferrules and gaskets. Our tri-clamp fittings are available in 316L Stainless Steel in sizes ½” to 12”. These fittings are often referred to “tri clover” fittings.
Tri clamp Ferrules are available in the following standards: BS4825 PT3, ISO 1127, ISO 2852, DIN 32676 Series A, Series B, Series C, SMS, 3A, SCH., ASME BPE. Clamps available to suit.
Our gaskets are available in EPDM, PTFE (Teflon), Buna, Viton and Silicone material.

- Ease of dismantling:
Tri Clamp Fittings are one of the easiest unions to dismantle, expediting the cleaning of pipework systems. They are suitable for tube and Nominal Bore pipe.
A Tri Clamp union consists of a clamp, 2 ferrules and a gasket.
- Produced from Forgings:
All our ferrules are produced from forgings. Forgings provide greater strength, improved weldability and better surface finish.
- Controlled Surface finish:
All our ferrules are produced from forgings and our standard OD/ID finish is <0.8Ra. We also supply ferrules to ASME BPE standard.
- Custom Lengths:
We can produce custom tri clamp fittings and ferrules to customer requirements.
Tri-clamps Size and Length availability:
Ferrules are available with lengths of 12.7mm, 21.5mm, 28.6m, 38.1mm and 50.8mm to suit OD Tube, Sch 5, Sch 10, Sch 40 pipe as well as DIN, ISO and Metric tubes.
All our gaskets are available in both standard and flanged (lipped type) and be supplied in Buna, Nitrile, Silicone, Viton and PTFE. We also offer screen gaskets and orifice plates. Size range from ½”-12”.
